Askan is an import from Russia that has developed into a very large, impressive male. Everyone who meets him is impressed by his size and presence. In addition to being a very large dog, he is quite outgoing and friendly, with a loving personality. His competence as a stud is unsurpassed, as shown by the quality of his puppies. He throws excellent conformation, beautifully structured heads, and many of his puppies inherit his darker coloration and black mask. Judging from the offspring that we've kept back for ourselves, he throws size, as well. His son, Baloo, is unquestionably larger than he is, and only time will tell if Zelenski matures as large as Baloo! Askan's daughter, Lolly Pop, is another impressively large Saint, especially for a female. We continue to appreciate his prowess as our main stud, and look forward to many more beautiful litters from him.
